Membership Benefits

All of our members are featured in our Official Guide to the Merrimack Valley, which is published yearly. This guide is sent to every visitor who inquires about our region. Over 100,000 copies are distributed every year! Only members are featured and are permitted to purchase advertising space in our guide. Members can also purchase advertising space on our cooperative advertising pages in publications such as the Mass Getaway Guide, Group Tour Magazine, Yankee Magazine, New England Meeting and Planning Guide, Where Magazine, and Unique Venues to name just a few. Additionally, the GMVCVB operates the Visitor Information Center on Interstate 495 which welcomes over 600,000 visitors per year to the area. Only members are eligible to receive a discount on brochure rack sales and advertising opportunities at our Visitor Information Center.

Non-Profit Members are eligible to apply for the GMVCVB's regional marketing mini grant programs, which can reduce costs for these members' marketing and advertising projects which promote tourism. Each year the GMVCVB gives out over $20,000 in marketing grants.

Only members receive referrals and leads. Leads are generated by the Bureau through an aggressive marketing campaign, including advertising, direct mail, and trade show participation.
